All counselling is $175.00 for a 50-minute appointment. 

Financial difficulties, a low-income family or a single-parent family?- Reduced rates are available on a sliding scale to help you if you cannot afford counselling. Please EMAIL or TEXT Geri or Charity before booking an appointment to find out the cost based on your annual income. Do not be shy or embarrassed to enquire. We are here to serve you.

Benefits through work? Insurance plans? We are able to direct bill most insurance plans. Occasionally, your Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) will ask you to call their 1-800 number first and ask for counselling, and they will locate a counsellor for you with the specifications you want (youth, Christian, anxiety, etc.) You are usually able to request Geri or Charity and they will send us your referral.

If you are unsure whether counselling is covered, check with your provider before booking an appointment, as payment is required at the time of the session. We do not send invoices.  You are always welcome to pay through credit card or etransfer and will be given a tax-deductible receipt.

Some of the most common companies that provide services and will work with us are: Telus Health, Homewood Health, Kii, Arcora, Greenshields, ComPsych, Great West Life, Sun Life, Manulife and Blue Cross – but this is subject to the package your company has purchased.

Methods of payment: Cash, e-transfer, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and debit visa.
